True ID is a lifestyle and loyalty program app for True customers ( True is a telco company in South East Asia )
As a Product Owner Ux/Ui lead, I am responsible for the overall UX/UI directions. I am working as a bridge between the in-house designer and the design agency to maintain a cohesive design system and branding.
Ture ID is considered a “Super App” It has multiple services in the app, etch domain has its unique features, from streaming service to Cloud Backups. The Challenge was to find a sweet spot of the designs that solve the problems yet are cohesive with the global design system.
